Associate Members

According to article 5 of the RIAD Statutes associate membership is open to natural persons or legal entities having a proven legitimate interest in the issues of the Association or intending to incorporate as one of the following:

• a company which carries on the business of legal expenses insurance as an independent enterprise,
• a company which is exclusively engaged in providing services in the field of the legal expenses insurance,
• a company that has delegated the settlement of claims and complies with the Code of Conduct to be established by the Association.

Membership as associate member is restricted to three years and can be prolonged once by another three years.
